(Required Course) This course will differentiate the roles and responsibilities of management, board members and shareholders in a radiology practice. The topics of orientation, continuing education and succession planning will be addressed; as well as the development of committees to provide effective governance.

GOV-003 Governance and Management Structures

(Required Course) This course will discuss the various organizational structures and identify the benefits and limitations of each. It will discuss compliance issues involved, as well as resources to use for advice and guidance.
