Requests for refunds or credits for any purchased products must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product. You may return your purchase for a full refund less actual handling & shipping costs* if:
- It is in its original condition; and
- It is unopened (for CD-ROMs, DVD-ROMs)
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from RBMA. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. At our discretion, we many decline your return based on the condition of the goods or past return history.
Downloadable products, online learning courses and mailing list rentals are not eligible for returns once access is granted.
*Note: Handling & shipping costs may vary from the flat shipping rates assessed at checkout based on the product weight and ship to address; if the amount of shipping exceeds the flat standard ($8.95) or overnight ($30) rates, your refund will be processed based on the higher shipping and handling rates.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days after we receive your return. Please note that we refund shipping costs only if the reason for the return is as a result of RBMA's error. Refunds will be for the price of the items purchased, less ALL shipping and handling fees.
The packing slip must accompany the returned shipment and be filled out accordingly.The package must be shipped by traceable means, with UPS, FedEx, DHL or United States Postal Track and Confirm service.If you do not have your packing slip, include a memo with your name, address, phone number and reason for your return, and send the package to:
