The Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) can be a great program for organizations, but the rules are complicated and ever-changing. This session will discuss the mechanics of PPP loan forgiveness, options available to borrowers, and the process of applying including documentation requirements. The session will also include information on timing considerations and planning opportunities for those preparing for 2021 and have decisions to make whether the loan is forgiven or evaluate repayment options.
