Experience has shown that telemedicine (TM) works well for uncomplicated scenarios, but its performance alongside increased care complexity is less clear. It is assumed that TM combined with electronic consent would be received as well as or better than in-person visits. In this session, we will examine the result of a recent survey with patients having a TM consent visit and an in-person consent visit. The results showed that the majority of patients prefer consent visits to occur via telemedicine versus an in-person visit. Throughout the session, we will delve into the survey and the subsequent results.
