Kenneth Davis, Jr., JD, Partner, Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP will join Bob for a discussion on the implications of the COVID-19 crisis for radiology groups as they think about how radiology organizations will grow, shrink or change in the aftermath.
Ken has been staying in touch with radiology groups and clients across the US, and is consistently asked about the market for radiology practices. In Ken's words, "I'm personally agnostic on whether groups should do these deals: it may be the right choice for some, not the right choice for others. Indeed, when we come out the other side of this freeze on the economy, I think you’re going to hear some groups say they’re glad they never did one of these deals and you’re going to hear some groups say they really need to consider doing one of these deals."
Bob and Ken will discuss potential next steps for radiology groups as we begin to discuss the backside of COVID-19.
