In this session, you will learn about data analytics and decision analytics, and learn to differentiate between analytics hype and reality. You will be given an overview of analytics methods, from simple to sophisticated, resulting in evidence-based clinical and business decisions. Methods will be illustrated through practical examples, including medical technology investment decisions (in particular CT and MRI devices), and the RBMA's Quality Measures Survey analysis.
The 2020 Quality Measures Survey is based on data collected throughout 2019 on quality measures. It includes key data points including Turnaround Time, Peer Review and Critical Results Reporting.The report also includes a correlation analysis comparing the quality metrics that organizations selected based on their full-time employee (FTE) size.
