Rx: Talk therapy with your peers!  Do you manage an imaging center or a team supporting the operations of an imaging center?  Join RBMA for a roundtable discussion on operational struggles you are encountering and ideas we are all exploring for solving these issues.  If an idea you have implemented has been successful, we want to hear about it and celebrate the win with you.  Outpatient operations is a BIG topic, and we hope to touch on recruiting and retaining technologists and clinical support staff (transporters, tech aides, reception and scheduling), keeping moral and culture focused on the patient while balancing productivity, back-logs, managing no-shows, supply chain availability and using technology in areas where it has been difficult to recruit.  And we welcome your topics as well. While we will keep the content broad for this roundtable, we hope to hone in on topics that really engage this group for future educational sessions
