Catherine Baumgartner, PhDKathleen G. Catherine Baumgartner, PhDCatherine Baumgartner, PhD, is a member of the faculty for the World Campus eMHA program at Pennsylvania State University. She is also president of Catherine Baumgardner & Associates, Inc., a practice devoted to guiding leaders and teams in creating healthcare organizations that deliver on their promise to the customer. As both hospital administrator and consultant, she worked extensively with radiology services. Dr. Baumgartner has a PhD from Pennsylvania State University in Workforce Education and Development, and an MHA and BSBA from Ohio State University. Rachel Bergmann

Rachel Bergmann is the director of marketing and professional relations for Gem State Radiology and Intermountain Medical Imaging – a practice dedicated to providing quality diagnostic and therapeutic imaging services to the greater Treasure Valley communities. With over 18 years in radiology, Ms. Bergmann has worked extensively in customer service, marketing, physician relations, and business development.Ms. Bergmann has a Bachelor of Science from Boise State University in health information management and is currently enrolled in a digital marketing program through New York University. She is the current secretary for the Rocky Mountain RBMA chapter, and has previously participated at the board level as a western director, marketing chair, and program committee member.

Judy BurlesonJudy Burleson, MHSA, has been employed by the American College of Radiology for 10 years, currently as senior advisor of quality metrics. She serves as the lead staff for the ACR Metrics and Quality Management Committees. In these roles, she participates in radiology quality measure development and implementation, interacts with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services regarding their quality programs, provides educational materials on CMS and other quality management programs to radiology groups, and is involved with national organizations such as the National Quality Forum and the AMA Physician Consortium for Performance Improvement. Her experience also includes healthcare IT consulting, proposal management at a PPO, a US Navy officer and rural social work.

Blake DarsowBlake Darsow is an assurance and consulting manager within the health care group of CliftonLarsonAllen. He splits his time between physician group assurance engagements, CLA Intuition® engagements, and consulting projects such as financial projections, benchmarking analysis, and reimbursement analysis. He previously managed audit engagements for hospitals, health plans and senior living organizations. Mr. Darsow also has experience preparing Medicare cost reports, preparing and reviewing tax returns, and internal control testing and design. Mr. Darsow received undergraduate degrees from the University of Minnesota Duluth in accounting and political science. He is enrolled in the evening MBA program at the University of St. Thomas.

Fred Downs, MS, PhDFred Downs, MS, PhD, is the practice administrator for Diagnostic Imaging Specialists (DIS) a 20 member radiology practice in Atlanta. Prior to joining DIS in 2001, he held numerous senior executive positions in large private and academic healthcare systems. Renee Engle RCC, FRBMARenee Engle RCC, FRBMA, is the senior vice president, client services for Management Services Network (MSN). She now serves as president of the Radiology Coding Certification Board (RCCB). Brian EversoBrian Everso is a tax manager in a national CPA firm with over 20 of work experience. He has predominately concentrated on serving private companies and their owners in tax planning and tax compliance matters. Davis G. GrahamDavis G. Graham has been the executive director/CFO of Manatee Diagnostic Center, Bradenton, Florida for 20 years. Manatee Diagnostic Center is an outpatient radiology center with 75 employees that completes approximately 270 procedures a day with four radiologists at four different locations. They are accredited by the Joint Commission, ACR and the first ACR Breast Imaging Centers of Excellence in Manatee and DeSoto Counties. He is currently attending graduate school at Brandeis University pursuing a Master’s of Science in Health and Medical Informatics. Mr. Graham married Trish in 2002 and they have four children. Has has been blessed with the gift of dyslexia and is able to read and write with assistive technology without barriers.

Carol Hamilton, MBA, SPHR, FACMPECarol Hamilton, MBA, SPHR, FACMPE is the practice administrator for West County Radiological Group. She currently serves on the RBMA Membership Committee and is the co-chair on the RBMA Educational Products and Materials Committee. Carol has been an RBMA member for 10 years. He has managed radiology practices since 1978 in southwestern Ohio. Mr. Hamilton is the 2008-2009 past-president of Ohio Radiology Business Managers Association and three time member of the Board of Directors for the national Radiology Business Managers Association. Janice Honeyman-BuckJanice Honeyman-Buck, PhD, FSIIM is the Editor–in-Chief of the Journal of Digital Imaging, the official peer reviewed journal of the Society for Imaging Informatics (SIIM). In addition, she is an online faculty member at Baker College and Southern New Hampshire University where she teaches Healthcare Informatics to undergraduate and graduate students. She served as the Director of Informatics at the University of Florida, Department of Radiology for 19 years prior to her retirement and works occasionally as a consultant and expert witness. She has published numerous articles and presented work in PACS and Informatics internationally. Her current interests are in the legislative impact on healthcare informatics and consumer health informatics. She is active in volunteering to teach and mentor seniors on the use of their computers and mobile devices. She also instructs on best practices in searching for reliable medical information and setting up personal health records.

Katie JameKatie Jame is a consultant with Camden Delta. She specializes in talent management, strategic workforce planning, leadership development and organization change and effectiveness. Prior to joining Camden Delta, she was an associate consultant in AonHewitt’s Talent Practice. She then transferred to the Sydney, Australia office and worked as a human resources business partner and managed the human resources operations team.

Skip KennedyR.L. "Skip" Kennedy, MSc, CIIP, is the Technical Director for Imaging Informatics for Kaiser Permanente, Northern California. He leads the operations for PACS and related systems for radiology, cardiology, and various Visible Light workflows. He is active in the Society for Imaging Informatics, serving as faculty for the Society meetings, and a frequent speaker at SIIM and other national meetings. He has authored various book chapters and popular press articles, the most recent being the recent SIIM textbook for PACS. He also serves on the ABII test content committee for the development of the CIIP (Certified Imaging Informatics Professional) Board test.

Ken Manning Ken Manning has worked in clinical, industrial, and research diagnostic healthcare settings for 28 years. Len ShephardLen Shephard has been involved in radiology billing for 20 years, Prior to then, he programmed computers, including the first game of Monopoly on a PC, a comprehensive test scoring system for teachers, and the first software for Fantasy Sports commissioners. In the field of radiology, he has directed software installation and support teams, then run billing operations for doctor groups. He currently directs the billing for over 80 providers, including 40 radiologists for Phydata in Middle Tennessee.
