2019 Annual Meeting Faculty

The RBMA Texas Chapter is pleased to provide the following speakers for 2019:


Keith E. Chew, MHA, CMPE, FRBMA Principal at Consulting with Integrity. For more than 35 years, Keith has served as a healthcare thought leader and subject matter expert with direct experience as a Consultant, Hospital VP of Physician Network and Ancillary Services, Director of Practice Management, Practice Administrator and Chief Executive Officer for large and small medical practices. Keith has developed a specialty practice focusing on hospital based practices, especially medical imaging and radiology over the past 15 years. He has demonstrated expertise assisting physicians, hospitals and health systems with practice leadership solutions, management, operations improvement, governance, strategic planning and strategic positioning. Keith holds multiple degrees, is a past president of the RBMA and has been a guest speaker for the RBMA, HFMA, ACR, MGMA, Becker’s Hospital Review, The Leader’s Board and Multiple State Radiology Societies, RBMA Chapters and other professional organizations across the country.




Wendy Lomers, CPA, MBA, FRBMA joined Acclaim Radiology Management in February of 2010 where she is now an owner. A certified public accountant, Wendy also holds a Master’s degree in management. She joined Acclaim after 30 years of experience working with medical and radiology practices as a CPA, CFO, and executive manager. She has extensive experience in negotiating managed care contracts for both imaging centers and professional service entities. Wendy has served several terms on the RBMA Board of Directors and has served as President and Treasurer. She has served and continues to serve on many committees and task forces in support of the RBMA. Wendy is also active in the Texas RBMA Chapter, having the privilege of serving several terms as President. In June 2015 Wendy was honored to become a Fellow of the RBMA, (FRBMA).






Acclaim’s Founder and President, Cindy Pittmon RCC, CHBME, FRBMA began her career as a radiology administrator in 1982. After earning a business degree from LeTourneau University in 1993, Cindy founded her own company. She is actively involved with the Healthcare Billing and Management Association (HBMA), currently serving on the Board of Directors and as chair of the Certification Committee and has served on the Ethics & Compliance and the Technology Committees. Cindy’s affiliation with the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA), began in 1989. Since then, she has served on the Board of Directors as Parliamentarian (1996-98), Treasurer (2006-08) and President (2009-10). She’s served on numerous committees over the years and is currently serving on the Coding Committee and the Membership Committee. In 1999 Cindy was asked to serve as Chair of the Coding Certification Task Force of RBMA. In May of 2000, the Radiology Coding Certification Board (RCCB) was formed as a non-profit, fully autonomous entity with the mission to promote the highest standards of radiology coding through credentialing of radiology coders. Cindy was honored to serve as the President of the RCCB Board of Directors from its inception until 2008. More than 1,000 professional radiology coders have earned the RCC credential. In May 2012 Cindy was named a Fellow of the RBMA, (FRBMA). The RBMA's criteria for selecting Fellows include their "educational accomplishments, years of RBMA membership, professional service to RBMA, and contributions to the profession".


Chantel Seymore is a Training Director for Austin Radiological Association. She has 20 plus years’ experience in Recruiting, Human Resources and Training. She received her B.S from Southeastern University in Hammond, LA. Prior to ARA, Chantel served with Time Warner Cable for 8 years in the role as a Senior Leadership Facilitator and was recognized as a Rising Star Leader. She is certified as an Executive Coach, DDI Master Trainer and DISC Trainer. Chantel’s primary passion is to offer adult learners a meaningful advantage in the learning process. She believes the sum of those life experiences provides many reference points for exploration, new application, and new learning. Outside the walls of adult development, Chantel is active in her community with Go Red and the KOMEN foundation. Chantel Seymore is a native of New Orleans, LA and has lived in the Austin area for 17 years.







Shannon Wilson has 18 collective years of management experience while dedicating the past 11 years to Radiology Marketing and most recently Practice Management. Her specialty is in physician and hospital relations and business development; however, over the past year she has been tasked to evaluate and supervise the Physician Credentialing, Scheduling, Prior Authorization, and Marketing teams. While learning and sharing the various departmental operations, Shannon has been able to bridge the gap between departments and enable individuals to understand how their role plays a part in the overall vision of our practice. She has been an active member and volunteer of RBMA for the past 8 years.  Recently, Shannon was appointed as the California State President elect and currently serves as a member of the RBMA Board of Directors. Looking forward to seeing y’all at TRBMA!
