Membership Refund Policy

At RBMA, we greatly value your membership and the support you provide to our community. To ensure transparency and clear communication, we have established the following Membership Refund Policy:

Non-Refundable Memberships
All memberships with RBMA, including Package Memberships, are non-refundable. Once a membership fee is paid, it is considered non-reversible, and no refunds will be issued, regardless of the circumstances. 

Transferable Memberships
Our package memberships exclusively feature the option for memberships to be transferrable within an organization.  Package memberships can be transferred to another person upon request, subject to the following conditions:

  • The request for membership transfer must be made in writing to our Membership Services team.
  • The request for membership transfer is being made as a result of a staff departure or new hire.
  • The transferee (new member) must meet any eligibility criteria and requirements associated with membership.
  • The transferee (new member) must be employed by the practice that purchased the package membership (same Tax ID number).

    • Understanding Non-Refundability
    Please be aware that by purchasing a membership with RBMA, you acknowledge and accept that membership fees are non-refundable. This policy is in place to support the sustainability of our organization and its initiatives. Your membership benefits will be active for the calendar year of your membership.

    Cancellation of Future Renewals
    While memberships are non-refundable, you have the option to cancel future renewals at any time. By contacting our membership services team and following our cancellation procedures, you can ensure that your membership will not renew in subsequent periods. However, please note that no refunds will be provided for any portion of the membership period for which you have already paid.

    Exceptional Circumstances
    In exceptional circumstances, RBMA may consider exceptions to this policy. Such exceptions are solely at the discretion of the organization's management and may be granted in rare situations on a case-by-case basis.
