Renewing Your Membership for 2021

RBMA has moved to a digital invoicing system for 2021. This means you will not receive an invoice in the mail, but rather via email. Please review the new renewal process below:

1. Receive your invoice from RBMA via our bill.com platform (invoice@hq.bill.com). Invoices were sent to the company administrator on each account on November 9.
If your company administrator has changed or you did not receive an invoice, please contact us at membership@rbma.org

2. Review your invoice for accuracy. 
If there are any changes that need to be made to your member list, please contact us at membership@rbma.org. We can make those changes swiftly and send you a new electronic invoice immediately.

3. Pay your invoice.
Through a direct link in the digital invoice sent, you can pay by credit card or ACH. Please note: there will be a 3% fee added for credit card payments. 
You can also print the PDF invoice attached to the email sent and return via email, fax, or remit with a check payment.

Membership Renewal Options

There was no dues increase for 2021. We continue to offer two renewal options, per person or packages.  Please see information on the two options below:

OPTION 1 - PER PERSON

Pay a per-person rate that is determined by the number of individuals that are members within your organization. Memberships are non-transferable - the individual owns the membership. Please review the chart below for the per-person rates:

 1 member   $425
 2-3 members   $400 each  
 4-6 members   $375 each
 7-10 members   $350 each
 11+ members   $325 each


Please keep in mind:
 Per person counts are done at the time of renewal. For instance, if you renew five people on 11/14/20 and another two people on 11/16/20, they will not pay the same rate. The five on 11/14/20 would pay $375 per person and the two on 11/16/20 would pay $400 per person. For the lowest cost, renew everyone at once.

OPTION 2 - PACKAGES

Purchase a membership package. These packages include the ability to interchange memberships in the event of a staff departure or new hire. The practice owns the membership as opposed to the individual. All members in the purchased package must work for the same company (same Tax ID number).
