Welcome to RBMA's ILEAD Leadership Academy

RBMA's ILEAD Leadership Academy,  I LEAD (Imaging Leadership Education and Development), is a 10-month leadership program designed to develop the next generation of radiology business professionals. This program provides a rotating cohort mentorship, real-world leadership training, and exclusive access to RBMA’s top industry experts and events. Through mentorship, committee engagement, leadership training, and a final capstone project, participants will build the skills and connections necessary to advance in their careers.

This program offers the space, resources, and relationships to help you advance in your career—without the limitations of structured, one-on-one mentorship.
