Bob Still has been the executive director of the Radiology Business Management Association since 2017. He is a past president and Fellow of the RBMA. From 1992–2014 Bob was practice manager of Lancaster Radiology Associates (LRA) - a 30-physician medical practice providing diagnostic radiology services to Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital, the MRI Group, Lancaster P.E.T. Partnership, and Lancaster Cardiac Imaging Associates. Prior to joining LRA he was Director of Government and Community Relations for the Medical Center of Delaware (1990–1992) and executive irector of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Delaware (1981–1990). Most recently heserved as the chief clerk, the chief administrative officer, of Lancaster County Pennsylvania and CEO of Brain Orthopedic Spine Specialists. Mr. Still is a graduate of Indiana University (BS, Education, 1976) and Penn State University (Master in Management in Health Care Administration, 1998). He has also completed post graduate study in negotiation at the Harvard Business School. He has an extensive background in community service. He served in the Delaware State Senate from 1986–1990. He has served as the president of the Hempfield School District Board of School Directors. He is a past president of the Rotary Club of Lancaster and has served on numerous boards of community organizations. In September 2005 he volunteered for three weeks of service with the American Red Cross Disaster Services working in the Hurricane Katrina relief effort in Mississippi. Bob and his wife, Barbara, enjoy their home and all four seasonal activities on Lake Wynonah and visiting their four children and one adorable grandson.

Jessica S. Struve, CAE

Jessica S. Struve, CAE is the Deputy Executive Director of the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA). Throughout her 18-year career in association management, Jessica has served in multiple roles, carving a path from Membership Coordinator at the Pennsylvania Dental Association to her current position with RBMA. A graduate of Elizabethtown College, Jessica is also a member of the ASAE Leadership Academy Class of 2011 and past ASAE Young Association Executives Committee volunteer. She obtained her Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential in June 2014. Jessica is a 2015 alumna of the ASAE NextGen program and in 2017 was recognized as one of Association Forum's 40 Under Forty. Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys volunteering, reading, exploring nature and spending time with friends and family.

Liz Mugo

Liz Mugo joined RBMA from United Marketing Solutions where she served as national accounts manager, a role in which she managed ad design initiatives, market research, ad placement and tracking for effectiveness and ROI, for companies such as Deer Park, Proactiv and ADT Security. During her tenure at RBMA, Liz has worked as marketing coordinator, marketing & meetings associate director and in 2021 transitioned to her current role as director of marketing and events. She holds an Associate of Science degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Outside of the office, Liz is co-owner of a company that collaborates with talented artisans, primarily from African countries, to design fashion accessories and home goods made from ethically sourced and high-quality materials. During the little free time she has, Liz enjoys spending time with family, friends and her dog Loki.
Communications and Marketing Manager
Will Sweet

Will Sweet joined RBMA in April 2019 as Education Coordinator before recently moving to the role of Communications and Marketing Manager in January 2022. Prior to joining RBMA, Will worked at an association management company as a coordinator focused on professional development programs and Board of Directors support. Will attended Virginia Commonwealth University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. In his free time, Will enjoys going to baseball games, hiking, and reading.

Justin Evans, MA

Justin Evans joined RBMA as Memberships and Meetings Coordinator in March 2022. He comes into the organization with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and a Master of the Arts in Organizational/Public Health Communication. Prior to joining RBMA, Justin worked as an Administrative Assistant for Children’s Home Society of West Virginia and as a Program Administrator for Triple Crown Indoor Percussion. When he is not working, Justin enjoys sports (particularly the Cincinnati Bengals and Marshall Thundering Herd), teaching drumline, spending time with his loved ones, and taking time to help in his community.

Meghan Pavelka is an instructional leader and curriculum designer with a passion for education. She earned her Bachelor's in Education in 2016 and her Master's in Curriculum and Instruction in 2019, both from Clemson University. Currently, Meghan is pursuing her Ed. D in Educational Leadership. Throughout her career, Meghan has worked to create innovative curriculum designs that promote learner success and engagement. Meghan enjoys spending quality time with her family, baking, reading, and being outdoors.

Kate Oldham

Kate Oldham recently joined RBMA from Women in Identity, a not-for-profit organization promoting diversity and inclusion across the identity industry, where she served as Executive Director. With nearly ten years of association management experience, Kate is a seasoned leader with a demonstrated ability to drive results through her innovative approach. Kate holds a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Temple University and a master's in Political Management from The George Washington University. Kate enjoys spending quality time with her family, volunteering with local animal rescues, traveling, and exploring the great outdoors.

Tim Barrett, FRBMA

Tim Barrett joined RBMA as a Sponsorship Consultant after retiring in August 2020 after serving for the prior ten years as the CEO of Radiology Associates, LLC, a 29-physician and midlevel hospital-based medical practice. Tim’s professional experience includes extensive financial management, tax preparation, operations, environmental health & safety, risk management, human resource, and business development spanning 40 years. He is a retired licensed Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants, Society for Human Resource Management, Radiology Business Managers Association, a national, state, and local chapter member of MGMA. He is a past member of the RBMA Board of Directors. When not working, Tim likes to travel and enjoys the outdoors by hiking and taking photographs, especially in the mountains.
