2020
In response to the global pandemic, RBMA launches the ...a Word with Bob LIVE! Podcast as a way to communicate with members on the most up-to-the minute information. The podcast is held weekly for 8 weeks, then moves to a monthly cadence.  RBMA also takes its Annual Meeting, PaRADigm, virtual for the safety and well-being of its membership body: PaRADigm SHIFT.

2021
RBMA wins a coveted Golden Circle Award from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) for excellence in Advocacy. RBMA's virtual offerings triple as a result of the COVID19 pandemic, with new webinars and check-in opportunities happening on a monthly basis to engage with members. The RBMA Annual Meeting is postponed from it's traditional spring timeframe to the fall in order to accommodate the COVID19 vaccine rollout. PaRADigm, held in October 2021, is a happy reunion.  RBMA rebrands its Quest Awards program to RAD Honors Awards.

2022
RBMA launches a new fall conference, SYNC, focused on technology, artificial intelligence, and the hottest topics in radiology. In tandem with SYNC, RBMA hosts a Strategic Planning Session, inviting committee chairs to join the Board in Louisville, Kentucky to map out the next three years of the association.

2023
A new RBMA website launches, featuring a megamenu and easier to use navigation options. The new website also displays a new organizational tagline: "We are here for you, so you can be there for your physicians, your team, and your patients."  RBMA launches the Radiology Patient Action Network (RPAN) as an additional advocacy avenue that reaches outside the beltway to move the needle on congressional, regulatory, and state initiatives.

2024
RBMA announces a new Co-Leadership model and welcomes Co-Executive Directors Jessica Struve, CAE and Linda Wilgus, CPA, FRBMA. The organization also launches new on-demand Certificate Programs, built on the foundation of the RBMA Common Body of Knowledge. The programs feature digital badges for those who complete the program.  Digital badges are also issued to all RBMA Fellows.
