This member-exclusive webinar provides an overview of the newly released 2025 RBMA Physician Compensation Survey—now open to RBMA members. Designed to help practices prepare for accurate and efficient participation, the session walks through the purpose of the survey, the practice-level and physician-level data collected, and the two submission pathways available (online or Excel).
Members will also learn why this survey remains the radiology-specific benchmark of choice: it offers detailed, field-level insight that broader multispecialty surveys cannot. With trendlines built through repeated annual participation, this dataset helps practices better understand national compensation patterns, evolving models, wRVU expectations, workforce structures, and regional differences.
Only RBMA members who complete the survey will receive the final results. The session will review the timeline from launch through the submission deadline and highlight key resources—including the Survey Administration Guidance Document and optional technical assistance—to support your group in preparing and submitting data accurately and on time.
