(Elective Course) This course will discuss how to conduct strategic planning within the radiology practice by providing the student with definitions and examples of mission and vision statements, as well as SWOT analysis. The steps in developing, executing and evaluating a strategic plan will be discussed. Topics to be included in the strategic plan include financial and operating policies/goals as well as setting the ethical standards for the organization.
