Keith Chew, MHA, CMPE, FRBMA, for more than 40 years, Keith has served as a healthcare thought leader and subject matter expert with direct experience as a Consultant, Hospital VP of Physician Network and Ancillary Services, Director of Practice Management, Practice Administrator and Chief Executive Officer for large and small medical practices. Keith has developed a specialty practice focusing on hospital-based practices, especially medical imaging and radiology over the past 28 years. He has demonstrated expertise assisting physicians, hospitals and health systems with practice leadership solutions, management, operations improvement, governance, strategic planning and strategic positioning. Ken Davis, J.D., an attorney and longtime friend of the RBMA, Ken has presented on important topics for radiology including business structuring, compliance, contractual relationships, joint ventures, and practice sales and mergers. He earned his A.B. in Economics from the University of Chicago and his J.D. with honor from the DePaul University College of Law.
Darcy Devine, ASA, CVA, for more than 20 years, Darcy has assisted hospitals, health systems, investors, physicians and other providers with business and equipment appraisals, fair market value opinions, and physician compensation assessments. Darcy has business degrees from Emory University and the University of Georgia.

Tim Trysla, J.D., is a partner in the Health Care Practice Group, and serves as leader of the Health Policy Team. Tim has more than 30 years of health care policy experience in the private sector and executive and legislative branches of government. He served as chief of staff and former senior policy advisor at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). In addition to advising the administrator on matters of Medicare and Medicaid policy, he worked as a liaison for CMS to the White House and Congress on Medicare reform and prescription drug coverage issues. He served as administrator-designee and speechmaker to large medical specialty and beneficiary groups and helped manage the development, passage, and implementation the Medicare Part D program.
Tim has experience counseling clients on numerous regulatory and transactional health care matters and investigations, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, and legislative strategy. He represents a diverse group of clients, including hospitals, investment banks, medical device manufacturers, PBMs, long-term care pharmacies, diagnostic suppliers, and durable medical equipment manufacturers.

Ramie Wesley, has a background in healthcare management and imaging services, with experience at various medical centers and radiology companies. Currently holding the position of Chief Operating Officer at Vulcan Imaging Associates, Ramie previously served as the Imaging/Oncology Service Line Administrator at Grandview Medical Center and as Director of Imaging Services at Gadsden Regional Medical Center. Ramie also has experience as Director Imaging Services and Cancer Center at Optimal Radiology and as VP of Client Services. Ramie obtained a Master's degree in Healthcare Management from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
