Exhibitor and Sponsor FAQs

Can exhibitor and sponsor staff attend sessions and earn CE Credits?  
Exhibitor staff is welcome and encouraged to attend sessions and are eligible to earn CE credits for: AAPC, ASRT, ACHE, NASBA, RCC and RCCIR 

How can I cancel my hotel room reservation?
If you booked within the official RBMA hotel block at The Diplomat, do note that the hotel has canceled reservations. 

Will exhibitors or sponsors be refunded for flight or other travel costs?
We will not refund individual travel costs. Many airlines are waiving cancellation fees so do contact your airline to see if your ticket qualifies.

Will exhibitors or sponsors be refunded for services by show vendors (Willworks, PSAV)?

Exhibitors should work directly with their contracted vendors for any questions related to refunds and contracted services.

If my company is unable or unwilling to exhibit at the Virtual Meeting, will my booth fees be refunded? 
If request is received by June 26, RBMA will refund exhibitor booth payments less a $150 administrative fee.
NOTE: This does not apply to booth fees that are included as part of a sponsorship package. Sponsors will need to discuss options available with their assigned  RBMA staff ambassador.

If I’m unable or unwilling to attend the Virtual Meeting, can my attendee registration fee be applied to the 2021 RBMA PaRADigm in Las Vegas, NV? 
Yes, we would love to host you in vegas. Just make that selection on the online submission form, and we'll send you a confirmation email once that's done.

What is your cancellation policy for virtual exhibits?
In the event of cancellation of a booth reservation by the exhibitor prior to June 26, 2020, the liability of the association shall be limited to the refunding of the amount of rental paid, less a $150 administrative fee. Cancellation by the exhibitor after that date will result in forfeiture of the required payment. Cancellation by the exhibitor must be in writing. No refunds or cancellations for events requiring additional fees will be made after June 26, 2020,.

If I cancel, will my company still be eligible as a returning exhibitor in 2021?
No. Once canceled, you will lose the returning exhibitor status and will be assigned a booth in the last group - New Exhibitors.
