Can I earn CE Credits? How many credits will be available?
Yes, you will have the opportunity to earn various CE credits for: AAPC, ASRT, ACHE, NASBA, RCC and RCCIR 

How can I cancel my hotel room reservation?

If you booked within the official RBMA hotel block at The Diplomat, do note that the hotel has canceled reservations. 

Will attendees be refunded for flight or other travel costs?
We will not refund individual travel costs. Many airlines are waiving cancellation fees so do contact your airline to see if your ticket qualifies.

If I’m unable or unwilling to attend the Virtual Meeting, will my attendee registration fee be refunded? 
RBMA will refund registration payments if request is received by July 10, 2020. Please watch for an email that includes an online submission form with the different options available to you. 

If I’m unable or unwilling to attend the Virtual Meeting, can my attendee registration fee be applied to the 2021 RBMA PaRADigm in Las Vegas, NV? 
Yes, we would love to host you in vegas. Just make that selection on the online submission form, and we'll send you a confirmation email once that's done.

I joined RBMA as a new member at the same time I registered for PaRADigm. Can I keep my membership? 
RBMA Membership is separate from your meeeting registration and is entirely non-refundable. 

What is the attendee cancelation policy for the virtual conference? 
Cancellations must be made in writing. If written notification is postmarked by July 3, 2020, a FULL refund will be made; no penalties will be assessed for cancellations made by July 3, 2020. No refunds will be made after July 3, 2020. If you are unable to attend and you wish to transfer your registration to another individual, written notification is required. No refunds or cancellations for events requiring additional fees will be made after July 3, 2020.
