CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made in writing. If written notification is postmarked or received via email by Aug. 29, 2025, a full refund less a $100 administrative fee will be made. No refunds will be made after Aug. 29, 2025, If you are unable to attend and would like to transfer your registration to another individual, you will need to send a written notification to registration@rbma.org. No refunds or cancellations for events requiring additional fees will be made after Aug. 29, 2025. Exceptions will only be granted as defined in the impossibility clause.
SUITCASING/OUTBOARDING POLICY: All attendees are welcome in the exhibit area; however, any attendee found soliciting business or conducting commercial activity in the aisles, another company’s booth, or public spaces (including hotel guest rooms, hospitality suites, restaurants, or other public gathering areas) will be asked to leave immediately and will forfeit any registration or event fees paid. We are committed to protecting the investments of our exhibitors and sponsors and supporting their success at our conferences.
