1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT

Do you have quality in your strategic plan? Quality is used in your marketing materials and we all want to believe we are working in quality-focused organizations. Quality is a business strategy and needs a place in our strategic plans. This strategy aims to enable our organization to produce products and services that will be in demand and to provide a place where people can enjoy and take pride in their work. Methods can be put into place to maintain excellence in your organization. Strategies can be implemented to enhance business success, patient service, outcomes, and global satisfaction (owners, staff, and customers).

As leaders of your organization, is your organization excelling in quality and safety? If we looked at the board minutes and calendars would we see quality and safety as a priority? Is quality defined in your business plan?

Learn how to get started, build buy-in, and build quality into your hospital relationship. During the RBMA CEO Forum, hear how your panelists have strategically created quality-focused organizations.

Walk away from the CEO Forum able to:

  • Cite components of the quality core.
  • Discuss how to incorporate quality focus in the hospital relationship.
  • Identify methods to increase physician engagement.
