Guiding Radiologists to Assimilate the Value Proposition

The healthcare system is changing from a fee for service to a value payment model. It won’t happen overnight but it will happen! What do the radiologists need to do now to prepare themselves for this change? This session will explore some of the actions taken by other radiologists and hospitals to move the process along. It will discuss some areas where caution will be the key to success and other areas where the radiologists need to step out of their comfort zone.

RBMA Members within these Chapters register for FREE. RBMA Members not located in these Chapters can register for a nominal fee ($25). Non-members may also register for an increased fee ($100).
