TERMS OF PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
Payment must accompany all booth applications. Before check-out, please review the application for accuracy. In the event of cancellation of a booth reservation by the exhibitor before Feb. 16, 2024, the liability of the association shall be limited to the refunding of the amount of rental paid, less a $250 administrative fee. Cancellation by the exhibitor after that date will result in forfeiture of ALL booth and promotional item fees. Cancellation by the exhibitor must be in writing. No refunds or cancellations for events requiring additional fees will be made after Feb. 16, 2024, with the exception of circumstances defined in the impossibility clause.
