    Executive Director
    Michael R. MabryMichael R. Mabry 
    Michael R. Mabry joined RBMA after working eight years as assistant executive director at the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR) in Fairfax, Virginia. In his capacity as assistant executive director for the SIR, Mr. Mabry was responsible for coding, reimbursement, and coverage of interventional radiology procedures. He also directed SIR's political and legislative activities, including SIR's political action committee (SIRPAC). Prior to joining SIR in 1998, Mr. Mabry worked for the American College of Radiology (ACR) in the Research and Economic and Health Policy departments beginning in 1987. He has been a member of the RBMA for several years and recently spoke on economic benchmarks and clinical standards at the jointly sponsored RBMA/SIR Interventional Radiology Symposium.
    Mr. Mabry earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1986 and Masters of Arts degree in 1993 in Economics from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).

    Director of Communications and Development  
    Daphne GawronskiDaphne Gawronski 
    Daphne Gawronski began working for RBMA in January of 2003. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in painting/sculpture/graphic design from the University of California, Los Angeles, Daphne pursued a career in advertising, marketing and graphic design and has worked for major companies including Walt Disney Company and J. Walter Thompson Advertising. Daphne has also worked for several associations bringing to the table the balance needed to market RBMA. Daphne is an avid runner and has participated in numerous racing events.

    Director of Education and Meetings
    Kimberly MydlandKimberly Mydland
    Kimberly Mydland joined RBMA after being the assistant director of education at the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology (ASTRO). While at ASTRO, she was responsible for the oversight and development of its maintenance of certification (MOC) program, as well as the administration of CME and other ancillary education credits for educational programs. Prior to working at ASTRO, Kimberly worked for the Washington Regional Transplant Consortium, an organ procurement organization, where she was responsible for the development of educational programs and policies related to organ and tissue donation in 40 hospitals within the Washington, DC metro area.
    Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration and a Masters of Healthcare Administration degree from the University of Scranton in Scranton, PA.

    Meetings Manager
    Angela M. CarrocciaAngela M. Carroccia
    Angela Carroccia joined RBMA in October of 2007 on a temporary basis and was hired in February of 2008 as the full time education assistant. She brings over fifteen years of combined administrative and convention management experience from the university level and hotel industry to the Education Department. Angela earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY. In her spare time, she manages her own real estate investment company.

    Membership and Members’ Services Manager
    Jessica StruveJessica S. Struve, CAE
    Jessica Struve joined RBMA in April 2012 as Membership and Members' Services Manager. She comes to RBMA with a wealth of experience gained during her nearly 8 year tenure at Pennsylvania Dental Association, first as Membership Coordinator, and during her last 4 years, Component Relations Manager.
    Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Elizabethtown College, majoring in Communications with a concentration in public relations and a minor in business administration and marketing. Jessica is a graduate of the ASAE Leadership Academy Class of 2011 and served on the ASAE Young Association Executives Committee from August 2010 to July 2012. She obtained her Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential in June 2014.
    Outside of the office, Jessica deeply enjoys volunteering and spending time with her husband, son and two Australian Shepherds.

    Research Associate
    Cynthia VervenaCynthia Vervena
    In her position with RBMA, Cynthia will work with the Data Collection and Reporting Committee on two main surveys and six mini-surveys annually. Prior to joining RBMA, she directed all aspects of community college health professions program surveys for the American Association of Community Colleges. Cynthia holds a master's degree in educational psychology with a concentration in educational research. In her free time, she enjoys reading mysteries and baking.

    Membership Assistant
    Vickie HesterVickie Hester
    Vickie Hester joined RBMA in June 2014 in the capacity of assistant to operations and RCCB and in April 2015 transferred to Member Services. Vickie brings with her over 20 years of customer service experience primarily in the corporate housing and property management industry. She spent nine years with Oakwood Corporate Housing as a national accounts coordinator assisting relocating employees and their families. In her spare time, Vickie enjoys spending time with her family, baking, attending music festivals and traveling anywhere and everywhere.

    Marketing Coordinator 
    Liz MugoLiz Mugo
    Liz Mugo joined the RBMA in November 2006 with over seven years experience in the advertising/marketing field. Most recently, Liz worked as a national accounts manager in a direct mail firm handling various print projects from inception to mailing. She holds an Associate of Science degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

    Accounting Assistant 
    Kate PuffenbergerKate Puffenberger, CPA
    Kate joined RBMA as an Accounting Assistant after graduating from George Mason University with a bachelor’s in Accounting. Prior to joining RBMA, and while a student at GMU, she worked at United Bank and Bank of America. Kate received her CPA (VA) license in 2014, and enjoys working in the accounting field. In addition to this, she holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Ludong in China, and a Master’s in history from the University of Tokyo.
