Conference Concierge Program

The RBMA Conference Concierge program is a landmark program that pairs veteran conference attendees with first-time conference attendees to assist with conference questions, networking, session selection, or any other questions one might have about an RBMA Conference.

Through the program, created by the RBMA Membership Committee, Conference Concierge’s (CC) are matched up to new members or first-time attendees who have requested a CC prior to the PARADIGM conference. The pairing meet in-person at the New Member & First Time Attendee event, held on the opening day of the conference.

To volunteer as a Conference Concierge for the upcoming PARADIGM conference or to request to be paired with a concierge, please email us at volunteer@rbma.org.

All veteran conference attendees, including exhibitors, are encouraged to volunteer as a Concierge.
