With shifting priorities, new rules and regulations caused by the events of 2020, leaders are expected to make strategic decisions more boldly and swiftly.

The coronavirus crisis has revealed or heightened awareness of social fractures leaving leaders seeking long-term solutions with few resources. Just like you would adjust your overall marketing or financial strategy as external forces shift market dynamics, organizations are evaluating their operational strategies to meet the demands of this moment in history. An overarching integrated approach to leadership development will help organizations meet the urgent business demands while simultaneously sustaining the role of a C-suite executive and preparing tomorrow’s leaders.

RBMA has shifted the Advanced Workshop content to meet this changing landscape. This virtual blended program will include pre-work geared to current executives managing today’s crisis on the front lines. During the leadership and revenue management workshop presentation, the facilitators Leo Hopf and David Gorman will provide strategic tips and solutions to help participants develop solutions to rebuild and grow their practices long-term.

In today’s fast-paced work environment, leaders do not always have the luxury of time when making a critical business decision. Finance, Business and Revenue Cycle Management Healthcare Finance

Dave Gorman

The revenue cycle is key to a business manager’s knowledge base.  That key becomes exponentially more important in the current COVID era.  Along with essential information from the general principles of the healthcare system, application to the current economic state of the country and radiology specific nuances, we are definitely leading into a complicated path to sustaining our practices.  This hands-on three-hour workshop dives deep into some of the options available to practitioners who are planning to shift into management or recently moved into the role. During the workshop, learn how to talk “healthcare finance,” how you are paid, plan an appropriate budget, share and/or discuss the revenue and expenses with your management team, and effective day-to-day management of your business. Combine that with current real world economic issues and return to your practice knowing how to optimize the financial health of your practices.

At the conclusion of the afternoon session, you can:
Assess the role of the business/finance manager, especially in the current economic climate

Apply your new knowledge immediately when you return to the office.
