Carol Hamilton, MBA, is the chief administrative officer of West County Radiological Group, Inc. She has worked in the medical field for almost 40 years, with 17 of those in radiology management. Carol recently facilitated the merger of her group with another local group, growing her practice from 42 to 55 physicians, as well as 55 other clinical and nonclinical personnel. She serves on the Membership Committee, the Finance Committee and is the chair of the Educational Materials and Products Committee. She has been the president of the Missouri Chapter of RBMA since 2014. Utilizing her certifications in human resources, she has also been a regular contributor to the RBMA Bulletin for the past four years. Carol has been a speaker on the topics of burnout and change management over the past two years at the ACR-RBMA Practice Leaders Forum, and most recently presented a talk about the Millennial generation at the inaugural Illinois Chapter meeting. She has an MBA from the University of Missouri at St. Louis, is a Senior Certified Professional in the Society of Human Resource Management, and a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives.

Parke Keith has 20 collective years of executive health care management experience in both hospital facility and practice management settings. Parke holds an undergraduate degree in public administration from Auburn University and Master of Science in Health Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Parke joined Radiology of Huntsville, a 48 radiologist practice, in 2013 as the chief development officer before migrating into operations for the practice. He also serves in an advisory capacity on the board of directors for FINAO Solutions, a radiology workflow solutions company. Currently, Parke is serving RBMA as a member of the Information Technology Task Force.
