Executive Director

Bob Still, FRBMA

Bob Still has been the executive director of the Radiology Business Management Association since 2017. He is a past president and Fellow of the RBMA. From 1992–2014 Bob was practice manager of Lancaster Radiology Associates (LRA) - a 30-physician medical practice providing diagnostic radiology services to Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital, the MRI Group, Lancaster P.E.T. Partnership, and Lancaster Cardiac Imaging Associates. Prior to joining LRA he was Director of Government and Community Relations for the Medical Center of Delaware (1990–1992) and executive irector of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Delaware (1981–1990).  Most recently heserved as the chief clerk, the chief administrative officer, of Lancaster County Pennsylvania and CEO of Brain Orthopedic Spine Specialists. Mr. Still is a graduate of Indiana University (BS, Education, 1976) and Penn State University (Master in Management in Health Care Administration, 1998). He has also completed post graduate study in negotiation at the Harvard Business School. He has an extensive background in community service.  He served in the Delaware State Senate from 1986–1990.  He has served as the president of the Hempfield School District Board of School Directors. He is a past president of the Rotary Club of Lancaster and has served on numerous boards of community organizations.  In September 2005 he volunteered for three weeks of service with the American Red Cross Disaster Services working in the Hurricane Katrina relief effort in Mississippi. Bob and his wife, Barbara, enjoy their home and all four seasonal activities on Lake Wynonah and visiting their four children and one adorable grandson.
 



Associate Executive Director

Daphne Gawronski

Daphne Gawronski began working for RBMA in January of 2003. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in painting/sculpture/graphic design from the University of California, Los Angeles, Daphne pursued a career in advertising, marketing and graphic design and has worked for major companies including Teleflora, The Walt Disney Company and J. Walter Thompson Advertising. Daphne has also worked for several associations bringing to the table the balance needed to market RBMA. Daphne was an avid runner who has since transitioned to cycling and working on her golf game. Daphne enjoys exploring and hiking with her husband.



Director of Membership and Innovation
Jessica S. Struve, CAE

Jessica Struve joined RBMA in April 2012 as Membership and Members' Services Manager before becoming Associate Director in 2016 and Director in 2018. Prior to joining RBMA, she worked for nearly eight years at the Pennsylvania Dental Association, first as Membership Coordinator, followed by four years as Component Relations Manager. Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Elizabethtown College, majoring in communications with a concentration in public relations and minors in business administration and marketing. Jessica is a graduate of the ASAE Leadership Academy Class of 2011 and served on the ASAE Young Association Executives Committee from August 2010 to July 2012. She obtained her Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential in June 2014. In 2015, Jessica was selected as one of only 25 young association professionals in the country to participate in the ASAE NextGen conference and in 2017 was recognized as one of Association Forum's 40 Under Forty. Outside of the office, Jessica deeply enjoys volunteering and spending time with her husband, two children and two dogs.


Director of Education
Patricia Hayden

Patricia Hayden began working at RBMA in June 2018 as the Director of Education. She comes to the organization with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources Management from Strayer College, Washington, DC and a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Trinity College, Washington, DC. Patricia has over 20 years experience in the education and professional development arena and enjoys creating educational programming from concept to implementation for adult learners. When not working, she is doing Jazzercise, taking long walks, traveling with her husband, being a mom to her three adult children, and a ‘mema’ to her growing grandson.



Associate Director of Marketing and Meetings 
Liz Mugo

Liz Mugo joined RBMA in November 2006 with over seven years’ experience in the advertising/marketing field. Prior to RBMA, Liz had worked for United Marketing Solutions, where she started off as an assistant to the vice president of franchise sales and within a year was promoted to franchise coordinator, where she managed new franchise contracts and onboarding, worked in tandem with the sales team to develop and execute marketing plans to support franchisee growth strategies as well as planned incentive programs and retreats. She then transitioned to national accounts manager a role in which she handled ad design initiatives, market research, ad placement and tracking for effectiveness and ROI, for companies such as Deer Park, Proactiv and ADT Security. She holds an Associate of Science degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Outside of the office, Liz manages and designs florals and intelligent lighting for private events and was featured as a ‘Best of Knot’ event planner in 2010.


Executive Assistant/Office Manager 
Vickie Corder

Vickie Corder joined RBMA in June 2014 in the capacity of assistant to operations and RCCB and in April 2015 transferred to Member Services. In October of 2016, Vickie was promoted to Executive Assistant, Office Manager and RCCB Manager. Vickie brings with her over 20 years of customer service experience primarily in the corporate housing and property management industry. She spent nine years with Oakwood Corporate Housing as a national accounts coordinator assisting relocating employees and their families. In her spare time, Vickie enjoys spending time with her family, baking, attending music festivals and traveling anywhere and everywhere.



Meetings and Marketing Coordinator
Rachel MacGregor

Rachel MacGregor joined RBMA in September 2017 as the Education and Marketing Coordinator and in 2019, transferred to the role of Meetings and Marketing Coordinator. Prior to RBMA, Rachel completed an internship with the Consumer Technology Association, and completed the Disney College Program. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing, and an educational media minor from James Madison University (JMU). In her free time, Rachel enjoys running, listening to audiobooks, and sewing. 


Education Coordinator
Will Sweet

Will Sweet joined RBMA in April 2019 as Education Coordinator. Prior to joining RBMA, Will worked at an association management company as a coordinator focused on professional development programs and Board of Directors support. Will attended Virginia Commonwealth University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. In his free time, Will enjoys going to baseball games, hiking, and reading.
