Sarah Mountford, RCC, CPC, FRBMA
Sarah is the client services manager for Zotec Partners. She has over 15 years in radiology billing and practice management. She has spoken extensively on health care reform and billing performance improvement at RBMA and AHRA meetings. Her health care reform session from the 2012 AHRA annual meeting was featured on the the Aunt Minnie and Health Imaging websites. She is dedicated to finding innovative solutions to the problems that radiology practices face.

Christie James, MS, FRBMA
Christie has worked with Massachusetts General Hospital and Partners Healthcare in Boston, MA for over 15 years as the Sr. Manager of the radiology professional revenue cycle. Christie brings over 27 years of radiology practice and revenue cycle management leadership experience, which includes working for academic and private radiology practices. Her experience can assist in providing the board the leadership and knowledge in meeting the goals of RBMA’s strategic plan and managing the current issues challenging our industry today and is looking to providing the membership with the tools to manage and prepare their practices and billing services successfully when confronting these challenges. Christie has held many positions within the RBMA which include past-president of RBMA New England Chapter, past-chair of the RBMA Programs Committee and past chair of the Payor Relations Committee.
Linda Wilgus, CPA, CMPE
Linda is the executive director/CFO of Northwest Radiology Network. An honors graduate of Indiana University, with High Distinction in the School of Business and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, Linda joined Northwest in 1996 as CFO, then promoted to Executive Director. Linda has been instrumental in the company’s growth and development. Northwest Radiology is as a private practice radiology group headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana with 50+ physicians serving 18 Indiana hospitals, several outpatient imaging centers, as well as over 30 regional interpretation affiliations. Northwest Radiology is a founding member of Strategic Radiology. Linda currently services as the chair of the RBMA Federal Affairs committee and has held other board positions with: Executive Women in Healthcare, Indiana Medical Group Managers Association, Indiana Radiology Business Managers Association and the Cancer Support Community. Linda previously volunteered with Gennesaret Free Clinics and the American Cancer Society Cancer Prevention Study. Linda is a 2013 graduate of the Richard G. Lugar Leadership Program.

Shannon WIlson, FRBMA
Shannon has 18 collective years of management experience while dedicating the past 11 years to radiology marketing and most recently, practice management. Her specialty is in physician and hospital relations and business development; however, over the past year she has been tasked to evaluate and supervise the physician credentialing, scheduling, prior authorization, and marketing teams and has taken an active role in physician recruitment and on boarding. She has been an active member and volunteer of RBMA for the past eight years, recently serving as co-chair of the RBMA Programs Committee. Shannon was appointed as the RBMA California State Chapter president elect, and has served on several other RBMA committees.
Carol Hamilton, MBA, SPHR, FACMPE, FRBMA
Carol Hamilton, MBA, FRBMA, FACMPE, SHRM-SCP has been in radiology management for a small imaging center and then a large hospital-based practice. She hold an expertise in human resources and has participated on the Membership Committee and is current chair of the Educational Materials and Products Committee. She was largely responsible for the launch of RBMA U and is a faculty member for Radiology Business 101.
Elaine Lewis, MD
Dr. Elaine Lewis is the board’s new ACR director responsible for communication and coordination between the RBMA and ACR. Dr. Lewis joined West Reading Radiology Associates following her fellowship in 1990. She currently serves as Chair of the Department of Radiology at Reading Hospital and is a member of the Council Steering Committee for the American College of Radiology (ACR).
Tim Barrett, CPA
Tim Barrett, CPA has 34 years of business management experience and successfully guided his practice’s growth from 12 to 29 physicians and mid-levels. He has facilitated a merger, instituted a number of new business programs and expansions, and has led a small administrative team in analyzing and evaluating opportunities to assist partners in making the best decisions for the practice. Tim spearheaded and is president of the RBMA Delta States Chapter and was the recipient of the 2015 RBMA Calhoun Award. He was recently awarded the RBMA Global Achievement Award for his work as Secretary of the Board of Directors, Chair of the Chapter Committee where he was instrumental in the development of a chapter leaders retreat program and the new Chapter Webinar Consortium, Chair of the Bylaws Committee, and contributions as a member of the Finance Committee. He is active in Louisiana legislative health care advocacy matters and function in a national legislative liaison role.
Christopher "Kit" Crancer
Christopher "Kit" Crancer joined Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI) in 2014 and currently serves as director of state legislative policy. Mr. Crancer is a registered lobbyist in a number of state capitols and manages CDI's contract lobbyists and legislative priorities. Prior to joining CDI, he served as chief of staff to multiple Missouri State Senators and managed one of the state's largest political action committees.
Thomas Greeson, JD, MBA, FRBMA
Thomas W. Greeson is a partner in the Tysons office of Reed Smith LLP
in Northern Virginia. His law practice focuses on the regulatory and
transactional needs of diagnostic radiologists and imagingcenters
nationally. Prior to entering private practice, Tom served as general
counsel to the American College of Radiology. Tom is a Fellow of the
RBMA and a recipient of the RBMA’s Calhoun Award and President's Award.
He is a current Board member; the Board president of Neighborhood
Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center serving patients in
Northern Virginia; a member of NOVABIZPAC, the political action
committee of the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce and a past chair and current member of the Virginia Bar Association's Health Law Section Council. He is also past
president of the Democratic Business Council
of Northern Virginia. He earned an MBA at the Terry School of Business
of the University of Georgia and is an honors graduate of Chicago-Kent
College of Law.
Mark Kalmar, FRBMA
Since 2009, Mark Kalmar has been the administrator for Corvallis Radiology. He is a charter member and officer of the Oregon Chapter of RBMA. Mark serves on RBMA’s Federal Affairs Committee and Chapter Committee, in addition to the ACR’s General, Small, Emergency and/or Rural Practice Network Committee, Teleradiology Work Group. Mark was an executive with Global Medical Imaging operationalizing IDTF’s in Chicago’s North Shore (Lake County, IL). He has consulted with a number of physicians & clinical groups on strategic planning, operational and revenue cycle management. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana in 1994. Mark is an active member of the Rotary Club of Greater Corvallis, currently enjoying the title of Immediate Past President. He is the Corvallis High School Boy’s Golf Coach and enjoys outdoor activities especially with his son, Colton and daughter, Ava.
J. Parke Keith, MSHA, MBA
Parke Keith has 20 collective years of executive health care management experience in both hospital facility and practice management settings. Parke holds an undergraduate degree in public administration from Auburn University and Master of Science in Health Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.Parke joined Radiology of Huntsville, a 48 radiologist practice, in 2013 as the chief development officer before migrating into operations for the practice.He also serves in an advisory capacity on the board of directors for FINAO Solutions, a radiology workflow solutions company.Currently, Parke is serving RBMA as a member of the Information Technology Task Force.
Worth Saunders, MHA, FACHE, FRBMA
Worth M. Saunders, MHA, FACHE, FRBMA, serves as chief executive officer of Greensboro Radiology and Canopy Partners. Worth has over 26 years of experience in physician services, technology/BPO services leadership and new business development. He previously served as chief administrative officer for Mid-South Imaging and Therapeutics, PA., a large sub-specialized radiology practice based in Memphis, Tenn. He was the regional vice president of operations central region at Radiologix, Inc. (now part of Radnet), a publicly traded radiology services company based in Dallas, Texas. In addition, Worth is a fellow in the RBMA and ACHE and served multiple terms on the RBMA Board. He has previously served as chair of the RBMA Payor Relations Committee. Worth holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the Medical College of Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian Studies and International Relations from the University of Virginia.
Delena Supinski is the corporate ambassador and dedicated team member for ImagineSoftware. She currently manages all MIPS Certified Registry Reporting for Clients and assists marketing with industry webinars, blogs, and white papers. As corporate ambassador, she is dedicated to enhancing the Imagine team knowledge and client education on MIPS, AUC/CDSM, and the frequent Healthcare changes affecting Billing and Reimbursement. Delena has 30 plus years of experience in radiology, practice revenue cycle management, and experience as a radiology billing practice owner, executive director, and MSO owner. She’s a speaker for the Leukemia Foundation and provides a Grant Scholarship for students under her Family Foundation. She served as the secretary for the RBMA California Chapter, served on the RBMA Programs Committee, and currently serves as president for the RBMA California Chapter.
