Christie has worked with Massachusetts General Hospital and Partners Healthcare in Boston, MA for over 15 years as the Sr. Manager of the radiology professional revenue cycle. Christie brings over 27 years of radiology practice and revenue cycle management leadership experience, which includes working for academic and private radiology practices. Her experience can assist in providing the board the leadership and knowledge in meeting the goals of RBMA’s strategic plan and managing the current issues challenging our industry today and is looking to providing the membership with the tools to manage and prepare their practices and billing services successfully when confronting these challenges. Christie has held many positions within the RBMA which include past-president of RBMA New England Chapter, past-chair of the RBMA Programs Committee and past chair of the Payor Relations Committee.

Dr. Dickerson has over 30 years of healthcare experience and has served as the Chief Executive Officer for Clinical Radiologists, based in Springfield, Illinois, for the past 20 years. In addition, he serves as the President for Professional Business Services of Central Illinois, Inc., a medical billing company specializing in radiology. Tom earned his Doctoral Degree in Education from Creighton University, with an emphasis in Interdisciplinary Leadership. He spent 10 years on his local community school board, serving six years in the capacity of President. He has served on the RBMA Common Body of Knowledge Task Force, the Finance Committee, Payor Relations, and served a year as RBMA’s Treasurer. Tom is board certified by the American College of Healthcare Executives and is an active member of his local Presbyterian Church; leading a contemporary worship band most weeks. Tom enjoys guitar, vocals, and white tail deer hunting, as well as spoiling his soon to be five grandchildren.

Sarah is the client services manager for Zotec Partners. She has over
15 years in radiology billing and practice management. She has spoken
extensively on health care reform and billing performance improvement at
RBMA and AHRA meetings. Her health care reform session from the 2012
AHRA annual meeting was featured on the the Aunt Minnie and Health
Imaging websites. She is dedicated to finding innovative solutions to
the problems that radiology practices face.

Tim Barrett, CPA has 34 years of business management experience and successfully guided his practice’s growth from 12 to 29 physicians and mid-levels. He has facilitated a merger, instituted a number of new business programs and expansions, and has led a small administrative team in analyzing and evaluating opportunities to assist partners in making the best decisions for the practice. Tim spearheaded and is president of the RBMA Delta States Chapter and was the recipient of the 2015 RBMA Calhoun Award. He currently serves as the treasurer for the Louisiana chapter of MGMA and on the board of the Baton Rouge chapter of MGMA. He is active in Louisiana legislative health care advocacy matters and function in a national legislative liaison role.

Michael has spent his entire professional career working on the
business side of radiology. He worked for both a national practice
management company providing outsourced billing and practice management
as well as a large radiology practice. His experiences include being an
active part of successful group mergers, but also practice "fractures"
whereby previously arranged mergers did not work. He has helped his
present group negotiate various financial support arrangements with our
hospitals including a Quality Based Incentive Payment as well as
support for Subspecialty Services recruitment. In addition to this
first-hand practice experience, he has worked on both the RBMA
Alternative Payment Models Task Force and Payor Relations Committee.

Pam Kassing is the Senior Economic Advisor for the American College of Radiology (ACR). She has been a member of the RBMA for over 15 years. Her contributions to RBMA include acting as a liaison for ACR to RBMA, speaking at numerous RBMA national and state chapter meetings, writing articles for the RBMA Bulletin and volunteering for various committee and taskforce activities. Pam’s expertise is in Medicare payments systems, health care reform and new payment models. She also works in cooperation with ACR’s Government Relations Department and other lobbying groups in DC on radiology policy issues that appear in legislation. As the ACR Representative to the RBMA Board of Directors, Pam hopes to further nurture the relationship between the two organizations to bring the profession of radiologists and practice management leaders together on common ground with shared goals.

Mike Gonzales serves as the Director of Client Relations for PBS
West. Prior to joining PBS, he spent 16 years as the Revenue Cycle
Director for Radiological Associates of Sacramento (RAS), then Regional
Revenue Cycle Manager for Sutter Medical Foundation. He has been a
member of RBMA since 1998, previously serving on the RBMA Board in
2009-11; California Chapter president in 2010-12, along with numerous
committees including Data Collection, Payor Relations, Managed Care,
Alternate Payment Models, Chapter Committee and is currently the Bylaws
Committee Chair. He has spoken numerous times at RBMA meetings on
improving radiology revenue cycle management. He holds an undergraduate
degree in Organizational Leadership from Biola University.

Thomas W. Greeson is a partner in the Tysons office of Reed Smith LLP
in Northern Virginia. His law practice focuses on the regulatory and
transactional needs of diagnostic radiologists and imaging centers
nationally. Prior to entering private practice, Tom served as general
counsel to the American College of Radiology. Tom is a Fellow of the
RBMA and a recipient of the RBMA’s Calhoun Award and President's Award.
He is a current Board member; the Board president of Neighborhood
Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center serving patients in
Northern Virginia; a member of NOVABIZPAC, the political action
committee of the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce and a past chair and current member of the Virginia Bar Association's Health Law Section Council. He is also past
president of the Democratic Business Council
of Northern Virginia. He earned an MBA at the Terry School of Business
of the University of Georgia and is an honors graduate of Chicago-Kent
College of Law.

Carol Hamilton, MBA, FRBMA, FACMPE, SHRM-SCP has been in radiology
management for a small imaging center and then a large hospital-based
practice. She hold an expertise in human resources and has participated
on the Membership Committee and is current chair of the Educational
Materials and Products Committee. She was largely responsible for the
launch of RBMA U and is a faculty member for Radiology Business 101.

Parke Keith has 20 collective years of executive health care management experience in both hospital facility and practice management settings. Jennifer has been active in the RBMA as a committee member, chair,
speaker, and frequent contributor to the RBMA Bulletin since 2001. She
was also a member of the editorial team that authored the HIPAA
Implementation Toolkit. Her experience in radiology covers a wide range
of administrative areas within a radiology practice, including
compliance, physician licensing, credentialing, billing, collections
and as a consultant, where she served as operations manager for a 20
plus sub-specialty radiology group in Dallas, Texas. She specializes in

Charles McRae is chief executive officer of Columbus Radiology.
Founded in 1946, Columbus Radiology is the largest and fastest growing
radiology practice in Ohio. He has held the position with CRC since
2011 and has led the practice through a reorganization of its governance
and operational structure that prepared the practice to successfully
grow by over 300 percent. Most recently, Charles played a key role in
joining CRC with Radiology Partners, the fastest-growing and largest
on-site physician-led radiology practice in the United States.
Charles is a leader in the RBMA, having served on the Board of
Directors, multiple committees, as president of the Tennessee Radiology
Business Management Association and chair of the RBMA’s Radiology
Integrated Models Task Force. Charles is a member of the ACR Radiology
Integrated Care Network and is a frequent lecturer at many of the events
held by the RBMA and ACR/RBMA.
Charles earned his MBA at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville,
Haslam College of Business and previously served as chief financial
officer and practice administrator at Vista Radiology in Knoxville,
Tenn. He played football at the University of Tennessee, earning
multiple national and conference academic and athletic honors. He was
the seventh pick of the first round and the first offensive player
selected in the 1991 NFL Draft and enjoyed a six-year career in the
NFL. In 2015, Charles was elected to the Greater Knoxville Sports Hall

Shannon Wilson has 18 collective years of management experience while
dedicating the past nine years to radiology marketing for Bay Imaging
Consultants Medical Group in the Bay Area. She specializes in physician
and hospital relations and business development. Shannon is the
co-chair of the RBMA Programs Committee as well as a member of the
Communications Committee. In the recent past, Shannon has served as
chair of the Marketing Committee and enjoyed volunteering as a
committee member for four years, and has been honored to speak at the
Building Better Radiology Marketing Programs seminar on several
