Will my attendee registration and/or exhibit fees be refunded if I am unable to attende during the the new conference dates: Aug. 2-5, 2020? 
Attendee and Exhibit fees will be refunded in full for those unable to make the new PaRADigm dates. The only way to request a refund is by completing the form provided in the email communication to attendees and exhibitors.


How can I cancel my hotel room reservation?

If you booked within the official RBMA hotel block at The Diplomat, do note that the hotel has canceled reservations as they are officially closed through April 30. If you wish to keep your reservation, please reach out to the hotel directly to rebook your reservation for the new conference dates.

Will attendees and exhibitors be refunded for flight or other travel costs?
We will not refund individual travel costs. Many airlines are waiving cancellation fees so do contact your airline to see if your ticket qualifies.

Will exhibitors be refunded for services by show vendors (Willworks, PSAV)?
Exhibitors should work directly with their contracted vendors for any questions related to refunds and contracted services.
