Think of exemplary brands like Disney, Nordstrom, and Chick-fil-A: It starts on the inside. This session focuses on the success story of a radiology practice that, with the help of its marketing partner, has achieved positive outcomes through a sustained, strategic approach that begins with internal culture and then drives growth and loyalty by telling a uniquely compelling brand story to its market.
