How to Enter
Requirements
Participation is open to members and non-members of the Radiology Business Management Association. All entries MUST have been produced during the time period of January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011.
Deadlines
All applications must be submitted online no later than February 24, 2012. All applicants will be responsible for transporting their entries to the Building Better Radiology Marketing Programs seminar where the judging will occur.
Shipped entries must arrive in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., no later than Friday., March 16, 2012. Hand delivered entries must arrive by Sunday, March 18, 2012, noon. Please track your packages. RBMA
is not responsible for packages not received.
Presentation of Awards
Awards will be presented on Monday, March 19, 2012, following the last session of the Building Better Radiology Marketing Programs Seminar.
Winners should be present to accept their awards.
Fee
$25 per entry for RBMA Members
$75 per entry for non-members
Submissions
- Complete the online entry form by February 24, 2012. Submit no more than one entry per category. You may not submit the same entry for multiple categories.
- Mount entries on a black 20" x 15" presentation board with easel back attached.
- Include a short narrative of no more than one page describing:
a) Strategic objective
b) Any particular challenges faced
c) Research done to obtain the "solution"
d) Results achieved
e) How success was measured/tracked
f) Budget considerations - cost/benefit
Note: Web site entries will be judged in advance. Web Site entry narratives should be submitted via e-mail by February 24, 2012 to liz.mugo@rbma.org
- NEW THIS YEAR: Please include a digital image of each entry when submitting the application. by emailing the image to liz.mugo@rbma.org. Digital images can be in PDF, JPG, or TIF formats.
- Ship each entry to the Building Better Radiology Marketing Programs seminar scheduled for delivery on March 16, 2012, or hand deliver and drop off at the front desk noon on March 18, 2012.

Recognition of Award Winners
- Winning entries will be announced at an awards ceremony concluding the first day of Building Better Radiology Marketing Programs on March 19, 2012.
- Winning entries will receive a beautiful award that may be displayed at their radiology business practice.
