(Required Course) This course will review the topics typically discussed in board meetings, including financial and operational management, and how to refer to the mission, vision and strategy of the corporation to assist in making decisions for the corporation. Robert's Rules of Order will be explained to facilitate effective, fair and orderly meetings; as well as real-world tips and tricks to keep everyone focused on the topics at hand.
