- One html file with all images hosted on your website
- Include a subject line with your material
- Specify date to send eFlash
A minimum of 2 business days* is needed after receipt of the material.
*Deadline Exceptions: eFlash distribution for the 2 weeks preceding RBMA's PaRADigm conference is limited to 2 emails per day. Reservation and materials must be received no later than 21 days before the start of the conference and is on a first-come, first-served basis.
A proof will be sent to you prior to distribution to RBMA members.
All correspondence must be approved by RBMA.
