  • Tera Black is currently the manager of marketing and communications for Jefferson Radiology in East Hartford, CT. Ms. Black holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Central Connecticut State University and an MBA specialized in Business Analytics from Central Connecticut State University.

    Ronald Bucci, PhD is a radiology solutions architect at Philips Healthcare. Dr. Bucci is a graduate of the Ohio State University, the University of Pittsburgh and California Southern University. Throughout his career in healthcare, Dr. Bucci has held positions from x-ray technologist to director, VP, COO and CEO which give him a well-rounded healthcare administration background. He has a deep interest in public policy and how it affects his institution and the entire field of healthcare.

    Adrienne Dresevic, Esq., is a partner with The Health Law Partners, P.C., where she practices in all areas of health care law and devotes a substantial portion of her practice to providing clients with counsel and analysis regarding Stark and fraud and abuse. Adrienne graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wayne State University Law School in 2002.  

    Ed Field has spent the last 30 years in healthcare with 25 of those in the outpatient imaging space. In those years he has provided operational, marketing, development, consulting, facility design, IT and training programs for multiple companies. He has worked with facilities from coast to coast as well in England and Ireland. Starting out as a facility administrator to working as a vice president of imaging for the largest imaging company at the time, he has had a unique opportunity to view the dynamic changes in the outpatient imaging space. Mr. Field has a BS and MS from Lamar University and is the director of imaging services for Diagnostic Health in Southeast Texas.

    David Howard is serving as both senior director of marketing and senior director of business development. Mr. Howard’s primary responsibilities include branding, advertising, graphic design, public relations, event planning, referral development, social media management, website management, market research, RFP response, contract negotiation and new client acquisition. He received his B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington and has over 10 years of radiology marketing experience.

    Dianne Keen is the director of business development and marketing for Northside Radiology Associates in Atlanta, Georgia.  She has spent 20+ years in healthcare education and marketing, dedicating the last 14 years to radiology practice development. With a unique skill set of clinical knowledge, practice development and relationship management, Ms. Keen works closely with the referring physician community in developing targeted educational programs and collaborative partnerships. With extensive experience and practice development expertise in the field of Interventional Radiology, she has expanded and grown Northside’s interventional oncology program and is especially passionate about uterine fibroid embolization. Throughout her career she has been involved in the development of educational materials and campaigns used on a national level. Ms. Keen serves on the advisory council for Susan G. Komen Atlanta and is on the board of directors for the Ovarian Cancer Institute. She is also a passionate advocate for The Marfan Foundation.

    Jim Koehler is president of Armada Medical Marketing in Arvada, CO.

    Erin Lane is a senior analyst for The Advisory Board Company in Washington, DC.

     Clint McClurg is currently serving as business development manager of Medical Administrative Professionals, which is the administrative branch of Diversified Radiology in Denver, CO. Working for a professional services-only group, his primary responsibilities include brand management, website administration, social media oversight, collateral creation, strategic partnerships, and the full spectrum of the sales process (including prospecting, relationship building, RFP development & contract negotiation). He has been doing this for more than five years, after having spent 16 years in the cut-throat construction industry, giving him a unique perspective on competition and how to succeed in radiology marketing.

    Sara McFarland has been with Atlantic Health Solutions since she graduated from Florida State University. Ms. McFarland’s background in writing and marketing has proven to be influential in her experiences thus far growing the social media presence and online reputation of Atlantic Health Solutions and their centers. Her health care marketing efforts, blogging and guest publications have contributed to Atlantic Health Solutions’ public relations success in the industry.

    Clinton Mikel, Esq., is a partner at The Health Law Partners. Mr. Mikel is a graduate of Cornell University and the University of Michigan Law School. He has practiced in almost all areas of health care law but has focused his practice on compliance with federal and state health care regulations and transactional matters. 

    Bev Miller has over 25 years’ experience in Outpatient sales and business development.  She served from 2001 to 2016 as the Director of Physician Relations and Business Development at The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, NJ.   In that role she managed the hospital’s Sales Team and was responsible for system-wide coordination of all outreach efforts to physician offices and for supporting out-patient growth objectives.   She currently serves the hospital in development and education for the System Sales Team.  Previously, Ms. Miller served as the Manager of Valley’s Transfusion Service and was also responsible for starting the Laboratory Outreach Program now serving over 100 nursing home facilities.  Additionally, Ms. Miller has developed and marketed medical software products, has served as an instructor for Rockland Community College in Suffern, NY and is a frequent presenter at conferences on the topics of sales training, CRM solutions, and business development.  She earned her bachelor’s degree at Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan and her masters of business administration at Iona College in New Rochelle, NY

    Meagan Moore is currently the senior marketing and physician relations manager at Synergy Radiology Associates in Houston, TX.

    Chell Mullis is a registered technologist in radiography for CT with 26 years of experience. She has been with Charlotte Radiology for 20 of those years serving as a site lead of one of their highest volume sites. Currently she still serves as site lead while also serving as clinical relations manager.

    Katie Robbins is the marketing and practice relations director and customer experience officer for Charlotte Radiology. A graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill’s Journalism School, she has been in health care marketing and public relations for 20+ years, working in both hospitals and advertising agencies managing health care accounts from Texas to Atlanta to UVA Healthcare System. She returned to the client side in 2005 joining Charlotte Radiology, and centered her marketing focus on the challenging and constantly changing radiology services industry. Since that time, she has been fortunate to be a part of an award winning and results-driven creative team. Over the past year, she has experienced radiology from the patient side as breast cancer patient and now survivor. Since then she has taken on the challenge of customer experience officer for Charlotte Radiology, redefining customers' experiences.

    Tina Rudisill brings more than 30 years of marketing, branding and public relations experience to the agency. She’s energized by the opportunity to guide, collaborate, and challenge a team of 20 left and right brain thinkers using two words: "what if." It's those two words that get her excited about coming to work in the morning, keep her up at night, drive her to drink (martinis), and drive results for clients. Ms. Rudisill has received several awards in the healthcare industry, like the RBMA Quest Award, the Aster Award for Excellence in Healthcare Marketing, and Central Pennsylvania Business Journal's Forty Under Forty Award. She’s been featured in publications like Executive Insight and the Healthcare Marketing Report, even being a repeat contributor (and cover girl!) for Axis Imaging News. She has spoken at various national healthcare conferences, such as RBMA, MGMA and AHRA.

    Gail Schwartz has 20 years of healthcare and agency marketing experience. She’s led major branding initiatives with system-wide internal and external rollouts, even managing a team of marketing professionals with a multi-million dollar budget. Ms. Schwartz thrives on forming not just relationships with practice leadership, but two-way, strategic partnerships. A true cultural champion and patient experience enthusiast, she knows that faithful customers and an eager, cohesive staff must be the center of every client’s universe. When she’s not getting her daily dose of caffeine, Ms. Schwartz leads the Marketing Works healthcare team to deliver highly successful, minimally stressful client solutions, with a constant focus on differentiation. She has been featured in publications like Executive Insight, the Healthcare Marketing Report, and Axis Imaging News, and has spoken at numerous national healthcare conferences like RBMA, MGMA and AHRA.

    Liz Signet is the marketing and practice relations assistant director for Charlotte Radiology, and is a graduate of Queens University of Charlotte’s McColl School of Business. In her 10+ years in healthcare marketing, she has worked for several large independently owned physicians’ practices specializing in anesthesiology, ophthalmology, otolaryngology and now radiology. In her current role she primarily focuses on physician and hospital relations and business development for general imaging. She is a new mother to a beautiful 10-month old daughter, Everett. She has been a member of the Charlotte Radiology marketing team for five years.   

    Janinne Walker is a radiology marketing and business development professional who has worked in the radiology field for over 15 years in both marketing and operations management. She has had the opportunity to work for both health care systems and radiology practices, for-profit and non-profit giving her a unique view on radiology.  Her marketing techniques vary by client and target market and she utilizes unique ideas to make the most of small health care marketing budgets. She is currently the marketing and business development director for Radia Inc., PS, one of the largest physician owned radiology practices in the U.S.

    Shannon Wilson has 18 collective years of management experience while dedicating the past 9 years to Radiology Marketing for Bay Imaging Consultants Medical Group in the Bay Area. She specializes in physician and hospital relations and business development. Shannon is the Co-Chair of the RBMA Programs Committee as well as a member of the Communications Committee. In recent past, Shannon has served as a chair of the Marketing Committee and enjoyed volunteering as a committee member for 4 years and has been honored to speak at the Building Better Radiology Marketing conference on several occasions. As part of her civic duties, Shannon volunteers for the San Francisco Bay Radiological Society, where she is the Executive Director.  In her free time, she plays the role of Supermom to her amazing 8yr old son, James, by serving as the Secretary for his school’s Parent Teacher Group.
